Decrees

To all to whom these presents shall come, greetings.

WHEREAS the Cabinet has, through due process and deliberation, passed the instrument known as the Markonian Defence Act 2026;

AND WHEREAS the said Act was presented for the consideration of the Crown to ensure the continued security and sovereignty of the realm;

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE that on this day, Royal Assent was formally granted to the Markonian Defence Act 2026.

BE IT ENACTED and proclaimed that as of this date, this Act has transitions from Bill to Statutory Law. All provisions contained therein are now in full effect and shall be observed, enforced and obeyed by all persons and entities within the jurisdiction.

IN WITNESS THEREOF I have hereunto caused these presents to be made public. Done this twelth day of March in the year twenty hundred and twenty six.

BE IT KNOWN that His Highness the Prince of Markonia has granted a commission unto Mark Peal.

In accordance with the powers vested in me under the Constitution, and reposing special Trust and Confidence in their Loyalty, Courage and good Conduct, I do by these presents, Constitute and Appoint them to be an Officer in the Markonian Defence Force.

They are therefore, carefully and diligently, to discharge their Duty as such and they are, in such manner and on such occassions as may be prescribed by me, to exercise and well-discipline in their duties such junior officers and enlistred persons as may be placed under their orders from time to time.

And I do hereby Command said junior officers and enlisted persons to Obey them as their superior Officer and they are to observe and follow such Orders and Directions as from time to time they shall receive from me or any superior Officer, according to the Rules and Discipline of War.

This commission is to continue in force during my pleasure for the time being, in pursuance of the Trust hereby reposed in them.

IN WITNESS THEREOF I have hereunto caused these presents to be made public. Done this twentieth day of May in the year twenty hundred and sixteen.
