Decree 16/002 - Commission of Mark Peal

To all to whom these presents shall come, greetings.

 

BE IT KNOWN that His Highness the Prince of Markonia has granted a commission unto Mark Peal.

 

In accordance with the powers vested in me under paragraph 4.1 of the Constitution, and reposing special Trust and Confidence in their Loyalty, Courage and good Conduct, I do by these presents, Constitute and Appoint them to be an Officer in the Markonian Defence Force.

 

They are therefore, carefully and diligently, to discharge their Duty as such and they are, in such manner and on such occassions as may be prescribed by me, to exercise and well discipline in their duies such junior officers as may be placed under their orders from time to time.

 

And I do hereby Command said junior offiers to Obey them as their superior Officer and they are to observe and follow such Orders and Directions as from time to time they shall receive from me or any superior Officer, according to the Rules and Discipline of War.

 

This commission is to continue in force during my pleasure for the time being, in pursuance of the Trust hereby reposed in them.

 

IN WITNESS THEREOF I have hereunto caused these presents to be made public. Done this twentieth day of May in the year twenty hundred and sixteen.
