The Cabinet comprises the Ministers who oversee the various matters of State. Each heads a Ministry and collectively they form the governement.
Ministers are appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Prince. They may make delegated decisions within their Ministry and the Cabinet as a whole meets to exercise the functions of State as set out in the Constitution.
